1.

On behalf of the Council of Cardio-Oncology and the Council for Cardiology Practice, we would like to invite you to complete a short survey. Our aim is to better understand the knowledge and the activity of cardiologists about issues related to cancer treatement for patients referred to them. We are particularly interested in your experience of managing cardiovascular problems caused by cancer treatments (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted molecular cancer therapies (e.g. trastuzumab), hormonal[W81]  suppressing therapy) in Europe and beyond.

You should need no more than 5 minutes to respond to the survey.
The results will be made available here.

Thank you for your time.
