Preparatory consultation for the development of the urban plan for the municipality of Lac-Sainte-Marie

The regional county municipality of Vallée-de-la-Gatineau (MRCVG) has revised its development plan. This was approved at a meeting of the council of the MRCVG on November 3, 2020. Consequently, the adoption of the plan commits the municipalities of the MRCVG to revise their urban plans and regulations in accordance with the Law on the Development of territory and Urbanism of Quebec. The municipality of Lac-Sainte-Marie must therefore proceed with the development of a new plan in accordance with the revised plan. As part of this important operation, we want to know the vision of the citizens of the municipality. This exercise aims to take into account the expectations of the community with regard to the development and future of the municipality.
