V2 Entrepreneurs Gender Diversity

The "glass ceiling" is still in place and equality between men and women in organizations, large or small, is far from being a reality. WIF’s aim is to become a major player for the advancement of women in the workplace and in economic life.

WIF (http://women-initiative-foundation.com/fr/) is a philanthropy fund which can receive tax-deductible contributions in accordance with the law.

The entrepreneurial men-women gender diversity is one of the two key issues for the institute

This survey, in partnership with BNP Paribas, will be conducted every two years by the WIF foundation within three European countries, in priority: France, Germany and Italy. The ESSEC European law and economy Centre will assist within the framework of the Governance Gender and Empowerment programme led by Viviane de Beaufort, Professor and Founder Director of women programmes, among which Entreprendre Au Féminin ESSEC.  

ESSEC and WIF commit to respect the confidentially and exploitation of the collected data under a written non-disclosure agreement.

The population of entrepreneurs involved in the survey is of at least 200 people per country, with an equal number of men and women. They will be sent an invitation to fill in a questionnaire via an internet site that will ensure the confidentiality of data. The survey will consider 2 age groups: under 35 years and 35 years old and over.
