The Fédération de la santé et des services sociaux - CSN (FSSS-CSN) is concerned about violence in the workplace and the consequences it can have on the health and safety of its members. For that reason, it wishes to get a clearer picture of the situation. We ask that you complete this survey by September 15, 2024.

Note that the information collected through this questionnaire will be treated on a strictly anonymous and confidential basis by the FSSS-CSN and the CSN Health, Safety and Environment Department. The results to be presented will in no way identify the individuals who took part in the survey.
