1. Information for implicit and anonymous consent 

Objective : Our research project is part of doctoral research in project management under the direction of professors Mr. Jean-Pierre Lévy Mangin ( jean-pierre.levy-mangin@uqo.ca) and Ms. Véronique Nabelsi (veronique.nabelsi@uqo.ca). It aims to assess the extent to which the strategies adopted and management practices of stakeholders* have an effect on the creation of organizational knowledge, innovation and the success of Open Source software development projects**.
Targets : Project managers, directors, project owners on the extent of their experience (experience in general with Open-Source projects management).
Participation and Consent : Your participation in this research project is voluntary. You are completely free to participate or not, and to withdraw at any time without prejudice. Any questionnaire not 100% completed will be erased. The simple return of the completed questionnaire will be considered as the implicit expression of your consent to participate in the project.
Time : Completing the entire questionnaire will only take 10-15 minutes of your time. Apart from this response time to questions, the present survey has no other drawbacks.
Respect for ethical principles : The anonymity and confidentiality of the data collected as part of this research project will be ensured in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the province of Quebec and the regulations and policies of the Université of Quebec in Outaouais. Both the data collected and the results of the research will in no way lead to your identification. All the information collected as part of this questionnaire will be treated confidentially and will be used only for the purposes defined above.
Access to data : Only the doctoral student and his research supervisors have access to the data. In particular for control and verification purposes, this research data may be consulted by authorized UQO personnel, in accordance with the Regulations relating to the use of computer and telecommunications resources.
Dissemination of results : The results will be disseminated in our doctoral thesis and in one or more scientific articles. The data collected may be subject to secondary use for the same purpose listed above. Upon request and at the conclusion of this research, we will be happy to share the research outcome.
