2. Topic of the complaint/alert,
3. Description of the facts/events,
4. Choice of anonymity or personal identification.
This procedure may take about 5 minutes.

All complaints and alerts are handled in a strictly confidential manner. We are committed to not taking retaliatory actions against complainants.

If you choose not to remain anonymous, you will be personally informed about the handling of your complaint and will have access to an appeal process.
