We want to know what you thought of your 2015 Igloofest experience !
As part of an academic study conducted at École des Sciences de la Gestion at UQAM, we want to seek a little of your time, about 15 minutes, to answer our questionnaire.
Your participation is greatly appreciated.
----- TWO PASSES FOR PIKNIC ÉLECTRONIK 2015 AND A PAIR OF TICKETS FOR ONE OF THE STROM SPA NUNS ISLAND 'S COZY THURSDAYS will be drawn among all the participants. -----
Winners will be contacted by e-mail during the first week of March. To be eligible to win, participants must have completed all survey questions.
Participation to this study is voluntary. Having completed the questionnaire will be considered as your consent to the study. You may decide to withdraw from the study at any time by stopping to answer the questionnaire. Your consent will be then canceled and the heads of the research project will not be allowed to use your answers.
Data confidentiality is very important, so all the results of the questionnaires will remain confidential.
