Who carries the invisible weight of society?

OGBL Equality, the OGBL women's department, has decided to launch this survey from 17th November, the day on which women start working for free according to the calculation based on the annual wage gap in Luxembourg (13.9%) on average.

While several reforms risk worsening inequalities (pensions, working hours, opening hours in commerce), we want to make visible the invisible work, highlight the phenomenon of mental load, as well as claim better recognition by the government of the arduousness of feminized jobs and part-time work!
