LA GRANDE PREMIÈRE 2021
The Grande Première 2021 will take place on November 20 and 21, 2021 in Val Thorens on the Place Caron in front of the tourist office. It is an event intended for the general public who will be able to test the entire range of 2021-2022 equipment: Snowboards, Skis, Accessories, Textiles...Free of charge.

This form is to be completed in full and returned before October 25, 2021.

LOGISTICS INFORMATION
- The village is open to the public on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 November from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
- Delivery of your equipment on Friday November 19th between 2pm and 7pm.
- Stand set up on Saturday, November 20th before 8:30 am (please note that vehicles will not be allowed in the village on Saturday)
- Dismantling of the Village on Sunday, November 21st after 5:00 pm (attention the access to the vehicles will be prohibited on the village before 5:00 pm on Sunday)
- Pick up of your lodging info, Skipass, test management... on Friday November 19th from 4pm to 8pm at the organization office at the tourist office.

COMPUTERIZED TEST MANAGEMENT
We work with Nineteen Squared for the management of the tests via the application "Digital Test Center" available for free on Apple Store and Google Play.
A reliable tool that, with a secure control, allows the collection of data, the management of material under test, the development of statistics ...
By participating in the event, you must use this tool which is included in the price of the stand. You must provide smartphones (Android or Apple compatible) for your teams managing the booth. Barcode labels will be sent to you in advance as well as an explanation document.
We make compatible the barcodes used on other events.

THE RETAILLERS IN THE HEART OF THE COM
The operation carried out with the shops allows each year to more and more stores to get involved, to make known and to relay the communication supports of the event. We create special kits for these stores and as every year, we cross-reference our files with yours, so as not to forget anyone and to be up to date. Indicate the top 3 of your best points of sale (excluding ski resorts) so that we can target the sending of the communication kit.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

At the request of the station, to animate the social networks related to the communication of the event and for games during the weekend, it is asked to each brand a participation in endowment up to 150 € HT.
You are free to give small prizes or a big prize. The prizes are to be handed over to the organization on Friday, November 19th when you arrive at the reception of La Grande Premiere 2021.
