This questionnaire is a tool to help you evaluate the level of inclusion and safety your establishment offers to employees, customers, members, users or students of different sexual orientations and genders, It is a tool that will allow you to reflect on inclusion issues in the workplace.
It is important to mention that 2SLGBTQ+ people's inclusion and safety have to be evaluated by taking into account various realities and identities, such as those of racialized people who are part of this community. This is why some questions of this questionnaire are going to address this subject.

HOW IT WORKS
