PURPOSE OF THE STUDY
The purpose of the current study is to investigate the factors that help professional dancers to be optimal at work.

PROCEDURES
In order to collect the data needed for this study, this methodology involves the completion of a short online questionnaire (approximately 20 minutes).

RISKS AND BENEFITS
By participating in this study, you can contribute to the advancement of knowledge about the factors that help professional dancers to be optimal at work.
No inconvenience is related to your participation in this study. Nevertheless, it is possible that answering a question arouses thoughts or unpleasant feelings. If that happened, we encourage you to contact us and help resource you will be suggested. You remain free not to answer a question that arouses such feelings.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The information you give us will remain confidential and will be kept on the research laboratory computer in a locked UQAM office. Only members of the research team have access to this laboratory. In addition, each participant will be assigned a code. Only the principal investigator and the people assigned for this purpose will have access to the database.
No analysis will be done on a particular participant, only group data will be analyzed. Once the research will be completed, the data will be retained for a period of seven years after the end of the project in the event of further research.

VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Your participation is entirely voluntary. You are free to withdraw at any time without notice or prejudice. If this happens, your information will be destroyed. Your participation also implies that the information collected may be used for activities arising from this research such as publications and conferences.
