RIMAS is a group of professionals focused on sexual aggression issues, and specifically the treatment of sexual aggression perpetrators. Our mandate includes promoting a shared and an integrated vision for the case management of sexual aggression perpetrators, as well as organizing ongoing training activities to ensure the constant updating of knowledge in this quickly evolving field.

During 2019-2020, RIMAS plans to offer professional development workshops on adolescent sexual offending. These training activities will be offered to all youth workers in Quebec's health and social services network.
In its efforts to develop a training plan consistent with the needs of these workers, RIMAS wants to analyze
their needs. The goal of this needs analysis is to determine the training needs and priorities of youth workers
related to their counselling of minor sexual offenders.
