Introduction

In the context of the recent health crisis, it seems increasingly urgent for real estate investment players to accelerate the integration of ESG issues into their investment and management strategies in order to anticipate the challenges that the sector is, and will be, facing.

In light of this observation and of the European legislation project on sustainable finance, the IEIF and Green Soluce launch one of the first Europe-wide studies on responsible investment in real estate.

The objectives of this study are:
- To provide an overview of sustainable investment practices in the real estate sector in Europe ;
- To identify drivers, challenges and priorities of asset managers, institutional investors and property companies in the real estate sector regarding ESG ;
- To make a focus on the possible stakes related to the coming european regulation, namely the taxonomy.

In order to carry out this study, we are asking you to participate through a short questionnaire, composed of around 30 questions, mostly quantitative.

By contributing to this initiative, your will receive:

- An executive summary of the study before the official publication and an invitation to the digital roadshow presenting the results of the study in your region
- Acknowledgements at the end of final study (with your consent)

The deadline to complete the short questionnaire is 22nd of January 2021.
