Présentation
Public and parapublic sector collective agreements will expire on March 31, 2023. This deadline is fast approaching and the Fédération du personnel de soutien scolaire (FPSS-CSQ) is busy preparing for the next round of negotiations of your working conditions.
espace
As in previous negotiating rounds, a consultation of our members on sectoral matters is required to help us determine and submit our union demands in October 2022. Our negotiating positions must respond concretely and directly to the expectations and concerns of the support staff we represent. This is why we would like to thank you in advance for participating in this consultation, which will be decisive in determining the contents of sectoral demands centered on the working conditions which specifically affect school board support staff.
espace
Your representatives on the FPSS-CSQ Federal Negotiating Council have identified four major themes which will form the basis of the consultation:
1. Improving our quality of life through work.
2. Improving the conditions in which we carry out our tasks.
3. Improving our power to influence the organization of work and the management of human resources.
4. Improving our career prospects within the organization.
espace
Your union took part in the first phase of the consultation,33 which was to identify the statements we will submit to your consultation under each theme. Your contributions will enable the FPSS-CSQ to prepare a package of negotiating demands that will unite our members and be more representative of your concerns.

This questionnaire takes approximately 12 minutes and your responses are anonymous. It will end on May 20 at 11:59 p.m. If you have any questions regarding this survey, you can write to info@fpss.lacsq.org. Thanks in advance for responding.
