This form consists of the following 4 steps:
1. selection of the stakeholder,
2. subject of the complaint/warning,
3. description of the facts/events,
4. choice of anonymity or personal identification.
This procedure can take about 5 minutes.
All complaints and alerts are treated as strictly confidential. We undertake not to retaliate against complainants.
If you do not wish to remain anonymous, you will be informed personally about the processing of your complaint and will have an appeal procedure.
