Humanitarian OpenStreetMap questionnaire (1-2 minutes)

This is a questionnaire that will be used in my third year geography dissertation, which attempts to trace the HOT (Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team) data chain from contributors to users. Answers will be analysed as a group, in order to draw up a contributor profile, and see if it matches with NGO perceptions.  Your data will not be linked to you in any way. Withdrawing from the study at a later date might be difficult given that the data is anonymous. If you have any questions, queries or worries, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you so much for your help !

* 3. What is your country of residence?

* 4. How did you hear about HOT? (friends, advertisement, a news article...?)

* 5. How active are you currently?

* 6. Has your level of activity declined over time?

* 7. If so, why? (loss of novelty, loss of interest, lack of time ...)

* 8. What do you think happens to do the data that you provide? How is it used? If unsure please write 'unsure'.

* 9. Do you feel NGOs communicate the way that the data is used sufficiently?

* 10. Please briefly explain why you participate in HOT (ie. what your motivations are).

* 11. Do organised mapathons boost your contributions?

* 12. Any comments? If you are linked in any way to HOT (humanitarian worker, data analyst ... ) please do comment. Thank you for your contributions!
