This short questionnaire aims to gather feedback from a wide variety of stakeholders (public authorities, the private sector, international agencies, NGOs, trade and labour associations and academia) on the OECD Guiding Principles for Chemical Accidents Prevention, Preparedness (the 2nd Edition that was published in 2003). The OECD Guiding Principles for Chemical Accidents Prevention, Preparedness and their two addenda are accessible at http://www.oecd.org/env/ehs/chemical-accidents/guiding-principles-chemical-accident-prevention-preparedness-and-response.htm.
